TilliT named Australian Industrial Product of the Year and Technology Application at Endeavour Awards

TilliT was a big winner at the 18th annual Manufacturers’ Monthly Endeavour Awards this week, taking home two awards.

A finalist in the Technology Application Award and the Australian Industrial Product of the Year category, TilliT was named the winner for both categories. The Technology Application Award is awarded to technology designed to enhance manufacturing processes, while the Australian Industrial Product of the Year is awarded to an electrical, chemical, or mechanical product that aids in the manufacturing process.

Hosted in Melbourne, the Endeavour Awards are presented by Manufacturers’ Monthly and are recognised as the premier awards program within the manufacturing industry. Throughout the event, innovation in manufacturing (particularly following the challenges of COVID) was highlighted, and the importance of smart manufacturing and Industry 4.0 were central themes.

TilliT CEO and Co-founder, James Balzary, noted that for TilliT to be recognized with two awards among such a strong field demonstrates how much the manufacturing industry is embracing innovation.

“We’re extremely proud to have been recognised at the Endeavour Awards. TilliT was developed within the manufacturing landscape, to meet the needs of the industry. We know the importance of delivering visibility of production processes and people in a manufacturing environment, and our clients can use this to understand where inefficiencies may be in their operation.

To receive award recognition for TilliT is very exciting, particularly as we continue to expand into a global market,” said Mr Balzary.

Developed as a no-code digital factory platform, TilliT combines planning, execution and analysis of manufacturing processes in one application. This enabling technology has been hugely valuable for SMEs wanting to reduce their reliance on paper-based processes, to digitize manual tasks and to gain forward-looking insights.

Smart manufacturing made easier by no-code digital platforms

Since launching, TilliT has been implemented by manufacturers in wine, food production, paper, plastics and rubber. As a simple-to-implement IoT solution, TilliT provides manufacturers of all sizes with an integrated way to plan, execute and analyse manufacturing processes.

For clients such as Lifestyle Bakery, Australia’s leading gluten-free bread and baked goods manufacturer, TilliT has enabled quality assurance processes to be digitized, and for personalized dashboards to provide visibility of the entire workflow.

Derby Rubber, a manufacturer of rubber and ballast regulator broom elements, incorporated TilliT to improve traceability, OEE, machine data and quality checks.
