This week, TilliT was recognized as a gold medalist leader in the 2022 Manufacturing Execution System - MES Data Quadrant report from SoftwareReviews, a division of IT research and consulting firm Info-Tech Research Group.
SoftwareReviews Data Quadrant awards recognize outstanding vendors in the technology marketplace. Vendors are evaluated by their users annually and receive a composite score based on the overall satisfaction of end users.
SoftwareReviews named TilliT a gold leader, as it received an 8.3 composite score, which represents the complete and aggregated satisfaction score from end users.
The award is based on the collective knowledge of real users and placement is based on satisfaction with product features, vendor experience, capabilities, and emotional sentiment to the respective providers.

“A human-centred product that has automation and information at the center of its design. TilliT offers a suite of APIs that enable sensors to capture speed, temperature, and vibration information and combine those signals with production and quality processes. One of the unique and high-value features is the drag and drop dashboard builder, which enables rapid development of both machine operator and supervisor dashboards,” says Kevin Tucker, Principal Research Director at Info-Tech Research Group.
TilliT also received a high Emotional Footprint score of 87, receiving particularly high scores attaining how critical TilliT is for an organisation’s success and the overall service experience. In addition, TilliT scored highly for Emotional Footprint Metrics, including:
- How knowledgeable the team are
- How much the product saves time and improves efficiency, and
- Product security.
The Emotional Footprint is unique to the SoftwareReviews Data Quadrant, as it includes aggregated emotional response ratings in the areas of service, negotiation, product impact, conflict resolution, and strategy and innovation. This creates a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and its product from the software users’ point of view.
